Duke Postal Operations and Campus Mail Services shows some DUKE SWAG, too!! Let's Go Duke!

As Director/Postmaster of Duke University and DU Health Systems, I am proud to announce that Duke Postal Operations has worked hard to place DUKE on the map when it comes to delivering packages to Duke students throughout our Duke campus.

Campus Mail Services (CMS) continues to make great strides enhancing package delivery and improving our service standards. We have incorporated innovative ways and introduced “Touchless Package Delivery” to expedite packages timely to Duke students. This proves to add great value and service.

Now that we have completed the second phase of Intelligent parcel locker installations, they are fully operational and working efficiently. We take pride in our job and the services we provide each day.

This is a grand opportunity to showcase the lockers and represent Duke. CMS is proud to unveil some “DUKE SWAG” on the lockers for our Duke students on East campus! Check out the fresh look and how we are showing off the parcel lockers here on campus. I am very proud to say that the wrapping came out OUTSTANDING! LET’S GO DUKE!  

In addition, I have provided you a brief summary of “the History of Parcel Lockers at Duke” as we have made great strides to better serve our students. This is a great concept that is trending and now part of our business model just like many other colleges and universities in the US.   

There is still more to do and we will continue our efforts to streamline and expedite packages! More information to come in the near future!
