Campus Mail Services has partnered with Amazon to help expedite packages and deliveries on campus. In November 2022, Amazon installed Seven parcel lockers and they are conveniently located near residential halls on the Duke Campus. Now Duke students will be able to order Amazon products from their website and select the delivery locations near their residential halls.
Locker Tips
- When placing orders to be delivered to the lockers, some items may not be in stocked at the local Amazon warehouse.
- Please be aware of the size and weight limitations.
- You MUST download the Amazon App to your phone and turn on Bluetooth on your phone. When you are notified of delivery, take your cell phone with you to the locker. Once you get there, the locker will sync and recognize your phone and the door will automatically open for you to retrieve your package.
