Mailbox Assignments

Mailbox assignments have been made. Students should have received an email about it on 6/1/2022. Please email or call if you have any questions.

Mailbox Keys for First Year Students

Keys are ready for pickup now. An email to all freshmen with new keys will go out August 15, 2022 with instructions.

Date to Ship Packages

Mailboxes are open now and students can start shipping whenever they want. 

Extended Hours (open until 6:00 pm)

Campus Mail Services will be open 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. from August 15 to September 9, 2022. 

Check In Weekend (Open on Saturday)

Campus Mail Services will be open Move-In weekend, August 20, 2022 (Saturday) from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Refunds

• Last day to close a mailbox and get a refund for Fall 2022 semester is September 9, 2022. Mailboxes closed AFTER that day will not be issued a refund. 
• Last day to close a mailbox and get a refund for Spring 2023 semester is January 25, 2023. Mailboxes closed AFTER that day will not be issued a refund.
